The "customer" referred to was the Milstar prime contractor.  The USAF Milstar program manager did not agree with the prime contractor's stop-work order and
stated that he was sorry to lose the GE Team from Milstar.  The GE Team leader,
Dr. Beebee, received strong commendation inside GE, including a large salary
increase.
